Brief: to supply a directory style webiste with custom fields and search along with a flash image map, auto responder and advertising space.

The Smarter Shopper Card website was developed using the WordPress platform and a commercial theme. The theme was modified and various plugins applied to provide search engine friendly website with social networking solutions for a new business budget. Although the client was aware of social networking he was not yet ready to embark on a dedicated campaign so we developed branded Twitter & Facebook profiles for him and automated his website to ensure the networks are kept up to date. In addition a small Facebook promotional package was arranged to give the fan page a boost.

A Little Bit about The Smarter Shopper Card

The Smarter Shopper Card’s mission is to stimulate sales in the retail, services, leisure and entertainment industries throughout the UK and Ireland by providing good-value offers, discounts and buying priviliges to its card holders on everything from eating out to high street shopping, financial services, accommodation and much, much more.

Once you have a card you gain discounts at a multitude of outlets throughout the UK. New offers are constantly being added to the website.
